According the studies available there is sufficient evidence that suggests Cannabis Oil is a possible cure for Cancer.
Studies have shown that Marijuana or Cannabis can cure cancer. But what exactly is meant by 'cure'? The word 'cure' implies that someone has survived 5 years without evidence of cancer. Marijuana has proven to stop the growth of and even kill cancer cells however the type of cancer is also important to consider.

Additional Studies have also proven the following:
Cannabinoids can potentially reduce the risk of colon cancer due to its anti-inflammatory effects on the colon;
Delta-9-THC was found to damage or kill liver cancer cells;
Delta-9-THC had anti-tumor effects;
CBD caused breast cancer cell death while having little effect on normal/healthy breast cells;
CBD, when used with chemotherapy, may help make chemotherapy more effective and increase cancer cell death without adversely impacting normal/healthy cells.
The US National Cancer Institute said the following about Marijuana:
Cannabis and cannabinoids have been studied in the laboratory and the clinic for relief of pain, nausea and vomiting, anxiety, and loss of appetite.
Cannabis and cannabinoids may have benefits in treating the symptoms of cancer or the side effects of cancer therapies. There is growing interest in treating children for symptoms such as nausea with Cannabisand cannabinoids, although studies are limited.
