According the Article the test involved 11 AD patients. They received cannabis oil for 4 weeks. 10 out of 11 patients took completed the test and the results were significant decreases in Delusions, agitation and aggression, irritability, apathy, sleep and caregiver distress.

Scientists believe to have found evidence that suggests that Cannabis can help fight Alzheimers. They believe that the THC and compounds found in Cannabis can promote the removal off Amuloid beta, a protein that is associated with Alzheimers. The Cannabinoids also fight the inflammation in nerve cells which is accociated with Alzheimers. The tests were done in a lab so clinical trials are still needed to formulate a solution
