Research shows THC can reverse the Brains Aging

Scientists at the University of Bonn and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem have managed to reverse the brains aging process in mice. The study involved older mice being given THC, a cannabinoid found in Cannabis. The scientists administered THC to mice aged two, twelve and 18 months over a period of four weeks. The results were that the older mice had the equivalent mental ability of the two-month-old control mice.
Cannabis is already permitted as a pain medication. The researchers now want to investigate its affects on humans with dementia. But the step from mice to men is a big one.
